Job Title: Farmer Relationship Assistant

Job Role – Responsibilities:

Work closely with farmers in Erode to understand their crop and soil conditions.

Collect soil samples and support testing through ESRAGRO’s Soil Test Clinic.

Explain test results and product recommendations using BIOESR dosage charts.
-
Promote BIOESR organic and biostimulant products through farmer meetings and field visits.

Maintain accurate records of farmer interactions through mobile CRM tools.
-
Support agro dealers with technical product knowledge and sales coordination.

Participate in field demonstrations, exhibitions, and training programs.
Requirements:

Diploma in Agriculture or related fields (Freshers encouraged)

Only male candidates eligible

Good communication skills in Tamil

Basic smartphone knowledge required

Must be located in or willing to relocate to Erode
